Hey Reyna - It sounds like you're planning to occupy a unit in order to qualify for 3% down, correct?

We have 8 kids and I want to spend more time with them so instead of selling we decided to partner. 

In fact, we have a bulk package plan on all of our homes that allows us to earn a tidy profit simply by providing internet service.

Our plan is to start our business/investment there.
