I like asking how much money they/their team is putting into the deal.

I am interested in the San Antonio market, specifically for single family LTRs and am looking for cash flow.

Just make sure you work with a team of agent/lender/attorney who have done this already.

Some investors have built excellent teams that they have never met (out-of-state investors, to be exact).

I am completely new to Real Estate Investing, and I would like to connect with others, build a solid team, and find a mentor.

Looking into finding a market and building a team within the six months I am getting my financials in order so can start as soon as everything is set.

Tax rates are very high level, so you will want to adjust that as you pick a more specific location to model out.
