A lot of manpower is lost.As we approach our busy section 8 season (for us April - July) I am looking for better ways (more affordable and efficient options to the investors bottom line) to plan for and execute the workload which may include hiring someone that has section 8 experience to handle our CHA inspections(and associated maintenance work) or a company that we can outsource when the weeks get slammed with inspections. 

Some people like Bethlehem, some like Lehigh Acres, some on Stroudsburg, there are a lot of options.

Every time I asked them why this is so expensive they keep playing the same records, we trust our contractor, if you want better deal you might want to find out someone yourself who  would do it less expensive.

As someone who also embarked on this journey, I found that having the right tools can make a significant difference.

You have to live somewhere, so if you can have most of that paid for by someone else, it's the quickest way to amass more cash and buy more properties. 

You should only do this with someone you trust 100% and only if you are 100% trust-worthy yourself.

As are cellular towers, fiber, the internet, the local gas station, vape shop, computer monitors, keyboards, search engines, and just about everything else you can imagine.
