I know I'm not responsible for it, but I'm a bit puzzled by the solution as the hole is large and there needs to be space for two pipes to fit through.

Also, just an FYI: those properties on auction.com may have liens on the deed so you have to be careful because once you buy the property and it’s under your name, you’re responsible to pay all the liens on that property.
