At least one bank I talked to simply didn't have a box for an LLC buying a single family residence...In my experience, you have to sit down with a very good mortgage loan broker and a very specific situation to find out really what your options are.

As far as I know, depending on the states involved, in most cases you can do that but have to still sit for the exam in the state you want to get a license from.

Yes you need to issue 1099's.  It's
