If someone stands up in a bar and announces that he can kick anyone’s *** in the place, and he goes unchallenged, does that mean he’s correct, or does it mean that the other patrons of the bar have decided that there is nothing to be gained by responding?

Chelle,Interesting how many people are ready to respond to your call for help and give their two cents.  

I plan to call the occupants and see if they can provide more info, after my attorney responds with any advice.

The insurance company may state they can not respond as they do not have a policy in just your name.I have had this happen before and after some back and forth the insurance carrier resonded to the claim. 

Granted, the copy can be of varying quality, nevertheless the only way to find out what people respond to is to test it.

That sounded great.My deal was actually on the MLS, so I asked if just sending the listing was fine, and also asked the name of the lender.The member replied that the listing would be fine and didn't answer the name of the lender question.I responded asking if it would be possible to have an initial conversation with the lender to see if we were a good fit for each other, and then at that point send them the deal details.

And this is my 2,000th post and apparently 250th time I've been the first person to respond to a thread.
