I will join in any complaint with the California attorney general if this is not resolved.

Leaving investment money dead for two months by not doing anything.First distribution was one month behindFirst distribution was severely under Pro Forma (5K in utility overage)First quarter operation saw overages in CAPEX (Pro Forma was off 10x actual figure)Second and possibly third distributions canceled due to more utility and CAPEX overages (issue is still not resolved with property)Initially, I thought this was just bad luck, and I acknowledged this kind of risk when I signed up for it.

After that, I resolved never to rent to someone who wanted to pay me with money they got from suing their landlords.... so far it hasn't come up again.Red Flag Terms: Living in an Extended Stay Hotel, Rottweiler/Pit bull, Mold, Withheld Rent, Suing Landlord, Short  on Move-in Money, Previous LL didn't care about his property, Previous LL was an as*h*l*Raise your eyebrows if you hear one of them uttered by a prospective tenant, reject on the spot if you hear two or more of these terms uttered.

Also, it's very seldom needed, as almost all IRS disputes are resolved without taking the IRS to court.EAs and CPAs are very similar when it comes to their tax-related skills and rights.

You have to be sitting at a table and not standing.To make the appointment, you need to tell your contractor in a polite way that you made a list of issues you want to address and you want to get those issues resolved.

All the issues mentioned above, besides tenants not knowing how to log on, have been resolved.
