The public likes easy to understand simple answers to things.  

I also started letting others in the public know what I do,meat I have done, and what I had coming up, via my website, via Biggerpockets, via linkedin, and other so ail media avenues.

They say that this is because this is not information the general public asks for, and they must request the list be put together by their internal IT company.

But with that said look for proximity to public transportation, hospitals, schools, etc.

HiI am working on acquiring a property- the investment makes sense as a multi unit building- triplex- It is zoned RSA5- I am familiar with the process to get a variance-My question is- I noticed other RSA5 properties in the area have 3-4 units- I pull the public records and info an do not see a variance or anything about the change in use or any permits for that matter Is there a place I can check if a variance was filed on a property for multi unit use?

It's hard to give a fair and balanced review publicly when you're a client unless you shower the company with praise.

You are offering X product to the public with Y terms. 

They started with a butters then moved to public offers, no auction just a newspaper posting saying provide highest bid by this date.
