Go to the movie industry I forgot which dept exactly and let them know you have a space to rent for short lease or whatever you all agree to ,and get top dollar from those entertainment folks who come to the A for work ,and privacy is high priority for them if you allow pets on your property that maybe a plus think of B list actors or just folks who want to feel normal

Adding smart home features and aesthetics to make the spaces trendy as well as very livable, they have been a hit with potential buyers at the open houses.

In theory, since most bedrooms have furniture taking up space in the bedroom, the carpet will last longer then carpet installed in high traffic areas. 

A simple need for storage and the rents are below the comps and I think the few additions we could add to make the space much more functional is worth the rent raise to bring them to market terms.

  $25 is a big deal in this space and you may be overthinking the expectation of the tenant.

My question is: What is the best way to make a deal without having the relative list the house publicly?
