Here in NYC, the open houses that get the most visitors are the ones that are priced around 10-15% under market, and haven't done any public showings until the actual open house (to generate more demand for a few days leading up to OH). 

I also started letting others in the public know what I do,meat I have done, and what I had coming up, via my website, via Biggerpockets, via linkedin, and other so ail media avenues.

Her current income doesn't meet your requirements, and she doesn't have a source of public assistance or other income at this time to support her financially.

Oh and if I'm wrong about your perception of cellphone functions, I urge you to let that (in and of itself) stand as further proof that we (as fellow humans) are not qualified to tell each other what we perceive the other person can and can not possibly understand.

The public likes easy to understand simple answers to things.  

They say that this is because this is not information the general public asks for, and they must request the list be put together by their internal IT company.

But with that said look for proximity to public transportation, hospitals, schools, etc.
