I was a real pain honestly looking at everything twice.

The psychology-sales training needed in REI is different than the psychology-sales training need as an agent.

My wife is a psychology major who is going to be entering into grad school this fall.

But if all pans out paying that growing pains through taxes may allow me to accelerate my financing structure a little quicker.But like everyone else said, I feel needs to be said again and again... deals first... entities second.

It sounds like easy work, but it is a real pain :)

He's a childhood friend and it's really not a pain at all.
