Throw in some stock ( even options) and the sky is the limit...Maybe the day job is more bearable or a means to an end when you see it funding your own rental operation (where you are the boss and can kill all the bureaucratic red tape).Plus, lenders avoid unemployed folks like the plague, but they will probably put you on their holiday greeting card list if you are serial real estate buyer in finance at a big company.If you can keep on your current course (keep down the student loan debt and maybe even buy a rental) it looks very promising.
