We reduced the price and I got another one that came in last Wed evening after 9pm, by 10am the next morning my agents were pressuring me for an answer.

At that point it really becomes a wash.

Seems like it's like a San Fran market with a ton of money flowing in, and I don't see signs of that stopping anytime soon though a second Amazon headquarters might lessen the upward pressure slightly.

As net migration moves away to retire to warm belt states the cold belt state, counties, and cities generally start taxing at higher rates which puts pressure on remaining businesses there.

The 5/8 change was passed by the Senate but supposedly killed in the house thanks to pressure from the NAR. 

Am I just overreacting due to our own financial pressures?  

What should we do just take the blank check and wait for wire transfer or should i be putting pressure towards getting our check at closing.

It would take 4 years to purchase all 4 properties  ( Purchase Property #1 in year one ..... live in it for 1 year and then rent it out , Purchase Property  #2 in year 2 , ..... wash/rinse/repeat ) ?

If you have a water problem it will likely be covered, mine was a break in a pipe between the two floors when we were pressure washing the house for sale.
