I am really looking for long term and sustainability, though it is not easy to predict.

I can't predict the future.  

BUT...no one can predict the market consistently.

The FICO predicts the probability of their likely actions in the next 6 months.

Nobody can predict the future because there are too many unforeseen variables that can flip it in a moment.

Maybe I'm turning into an old fart or the millenials aren't yet having the impact we're predicting in my market. 

People have been predicting a second crash since the last one and if you had tried to time the market you would have lost a lot of money. 

All I am saying is there are reasons for population decline that are not obvious or signs of decline.Depending on whom you speak to, people have been predicting the collapse of Illinois and Chicago and many other places for many, many years.
