It is decorated fully, plenty of art on the walls, quality furniture and a super stocked kitchen.

Decreased global demand for oil, benchmark interest rate drop, mortgage applications are down for 3+ weeks, freight trucking is way down, gold is up, the stock market is up and down (a lot of emotion there) but I think we are in for a drop, bonds are sliding, quantitative easing will ramp up again.

Equity is hard to predict long term especially if values drop but cash flows typically hold steady or decline slightly depending on the area and type of assets.

Either sell and put into stock/bond investment. or build and rent and clear 600 to 800 a month. 

If I can predict anything, it's that in the next 12 months, there's going to be even better opportunities to buy.

I began investing in stocks and retirement about two years ago, and now I believe I'm ready to get my feet wet with real estate.I'm currently in the process of searching for my first property.

I know some people who are hoarding millions in cash just waiting for the slowdown to happen, so that they can invest in stock market at the right time. 

Now I started to look for the previous returns and I've noticed that the stock transactions were not reported and several other small things.

My goal is to have that be my retirement (yes, I have other vehicles too like 401k, stock, etc).
