Payments from brokers to their agents are governed by the independent contractor agreement between the broker and the agent, not the listing agreement between the broker and the seller.

The bad news is that it still has one of those old fuse breaker boxes and I suspect that much of the wiring and plumbing has never been updated.

Then factoring in potential mold and insulation... you know where this is going $$$$.On the upside however, we have updated plumbing, electric (supposedly, without inspection yet), all new windows, and overall a practically turn key house besides the things mentioned above.
