That assumes there is a dedicated team in place that can turn the unit around in 30 days too.

Maybe it already has a feature and I haven't seen it yet having not spent enough time on his site.Even though I do not flip I do like reading up on what other people are doing in various niches.I think BP is an amazing platform that is getting close to inching up eventually to 200,000 members.

Is there a certain amount of time I should dedicate to education before seeking out my first deal? 

@Andrew Warner My advice is to do a lot of research into each platform.

If the home owner is really a hoarder, removing the junk would trigger a negative psychological response disallowing them from doing so.In our experience, they home owner stayed an extra week picking through their trash with the help of a dedicated friend.

If you dedicate to real estate investing what you have dedicated to your job work ethic, you just may shock yourself.
