If not, I would never hold them as rentals (can't imagine the pain of rental with septic).

Less painful then legal fees, harrasment and you can get a new tenant.All the best, John

Just putting my experience out there to remind others that life happens and to keep someone else from unnecessary pain.  

We let them talk about how hard it was for them, let them express their pain points.

Shortsales can be painful, but if you can be patient you may still end up with a decent deal.

It was very painful.

When you see the process you understand what you pay for.A drain tile replacement is a lot of money, but if your duplex is in a good area it is painful, but usually worth the investment to protect your asset from long term damage.

If you have unexpected delays, longer term loans will make it less painful.

I evicted 4 more from that building that left easier, but I definitely feel the pain For this guy.
