What I can recommend is taking some floor plans and product from nearby neighborhoods or houses you like and backing out the estimate from that.

Many years ago, I moved my investment accounts from one Wall Street firm to another.For the Roth IRAs, I did a custodian-to-custodian transfer, which is a safer way to go under the IRS rules.Based on the way my accounts at the old firm were set up, it was cheaper for me commission-wise to sell everything at the old firm and then transfer the cash.

You can supplement your own unit with Airbnb, although pay attention to the neighborhood as santa cruz has a moratorium on new vacation rentals, capitola only allows them on certain streets etc etc.

In the Midwest or a place with nicer 4plexes in nicer neighborhoods or if ou can get lucky in Vegas the other alternative would be to get an owner occupied loan on a fourplex and live in 1/4th for at least a year.Ps.

She already has huge capital gain on the house, just want to sell it, without back to market again.Another house I looked at in the nearby neighborhood back in 2015 was a unlivable house, listed at 535K, I was trying to give offer at 510K, but my agent came back saying it already had multiple offers, it was sold at 590K.
