Always multiple offers on any good deals on the MLS, and there's a lot of people from NY investing in Jersey.

If an IRA LLC is investing in multiple passive syndications, does it have to register in each state where it makes an investment? 

It’s just the ones that make sense from an investor stand point are all cash deals, but the point you made about multiple deals falling through really makes sense to be honest.

Many of the medical professionals line up housing in advance, some 30 to 90 days out, and I want to require a deposit to hold the property until they arrive to sign the lease and move in as I am getting multiple calls for the same time frames.

I have owned multiple SFR but all primary residence.

I hadn't thought about the LLC from a property management perspective.
