Your statement that "you constantly find good deals and you can use stock options to create cash flow"is basically the same pitch that every late night get rich quick guru uses to sell uneducated greedy rubes on some proprietary automated stock trading platform.  

Only thing is that it is2280 sq. ft. 3BR/2BA (Yr-2007) Mobile Home (8 total rooms)1 story (lot size $4.69 sq/ft)I would have to do some quick work since I do not have it under contract.

I was pleased with the courses and the online platform.
