My rentals are all in a small town and the bank is close for everyone, I understand that this may not be a suitable solution for landlords with multiple properties in different locations.

I'm located in Monroe County, and do well within our 9k person town with single family rentals.

We recently purchased a three-unit rental property.We want to do some renovation work immediately, and plan to conduct more extensive renovations on the property over the coming years.Currently, the water heater and the boiler furnace are located in an improperly ventilated portion of the garden unit.

Often times, if it's a great location, franchisors will use your location to find their next franchisee. 

I apologize for any incorrect formats or if this is the wrong location for my question(s) as this is my first time posting a question here on Bigger Pockets.

@Greg W. depending on where the property is located, you might be able to sell it to an investor.

The property is located outside of Cali.  

Might be tough...The location is key because of demand.
