I recently purchased an investment property and as I was adding the property to my BiggerPockets account there was a follow-up question that asked, "Did you work with any real estate professional (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?"

Is this for a primary residence or investment property?

IRR is a term used by people selling an investment to others.

My strategy is long term appreciation with breakeven cashflow (for now), so the question is what do you guys think is a better investment long term?
