What a game last night. 

I've got co-workers that have been trying that route for the last 25 years and they make about as much as I do.

Hello,So I was listening to the webinar last night and when Brandon started pitching the Pro membership, of course the first thing I thought was "Ah!

More than likely current owner doesn't want current tenants to know property is in transition until last possible moment.

@Emmett McNulty and I have been friends for a long time but life took us in different directions for the last many years; as it does.

It was not until recently (read: last week) that the light bulb went off in my head as I listened to random BP podcasts on my way to/from work. 

I have attended all but one of the Investor club meetings over the last few months...they have been great!

I just signed up here recently, am very much in the learning phase (burning through all podcasts over the last couple weeks), and am excited to be here!

I told my agent to tell them to submit it and try to sell their agent on it, selling season is over, house needs work, etc....That was last night, now they claim they have another offer that the seller wants to respond to before responding to me.
