My awesome lady lawyer of 30 years-who was also a landllord- retired last year and I've been loathe to go to doubled pricing and she and I went through many of these items and she always showed me where to get the forms and I should be better at looking up the statute by now.

Think about this… If a person picks up a knife for the first time and cuts off their finger with it, guess what….

I presume you did this through escrow so there is a paper trail and you had a title report run.Bless your step-mother, she is a generous lady.

I don't like the way it points a wagging finger at us LL's.

It puts an egg on their faces, but I doubt any legal action will come of it.Can someone sue Frank Thomas and Dough Flutie if "their lady doesn't like it too" when they take Neugenics?

Thank you, I have thought about that idea but the owners is an older lady that wants the payment.She doesn't even want anyone to see the property until you can prove and show her you are approved for a loan.

I just bought a house where the lady had posted bail for an active case against her granddaughter and guaranteed the bail against the house.

., were so awesome, were the greatest, so we will just take out more loans, we can just print and print and print $ away without end, la-di-daa-dah-da.
