You're just starting out so keep things as simple for yourself as possible and work on scaling when you have the portfolio, knowledge, and experience to do so.Congrats on your second closing and good luck!

This is my first step just gaining as much knowledge as humanly possible I have saved up about 40,000 and have access to VA home loans just trying to figure out what strategy is the best to start so I can direct my focus on that any insight or opinion Is greatly appreciated.

I feel like I have built up a wealth of knowledge and am now ready to begin applying it.

Did you do your own research of the area or were you familiar with the area already or you solely relied on your realtor knowledge? 

There was a point where all RE investors were newbies and we enjoy sharing RE knowledge/experiences with others.

By the looks of it, I think I'm gonna stick with REI though :) Thank you BP for all of your insightful knowledge and showing me the path towards financial freedom! 

I want to spend the next 8 months becoming as knowledgeable about the topic as possible, and apply to some commercial real estate companies before I return.
