Since I don't know the area in Orlando very well, I have a job that allows me to call anywhere home and the Orlando area is a place that I'd like to invest in due to its proximity to parks and a potential job offer for my significant other.

Army and working on getting to my dream job; ideally I'd like to work because I like my job and not because I have to.

Here are the ones I default to and adjust slightly, depending on the property class and area (jobs, distance, etc..)

My goals are simple; 1st land a job, get a asociate degree in business  (real estate sales/management ) and live a frugal and happy life with my family.

Do not do anything unusually b rbRight after you close on improved property get an insurance policy that will protect you if there is a loss.  

Ask to show you pictures of previous jobs they've done and give you addresses and names so you can check them out.

I only ask because I am in the same boat, working a full time job as a construction project manager but wanting to get my license to be able to show myself homes and cut out the sales agent commission.
