I am based in California and this will be my first time doing long distance real estate investing, however everything has been working well since i have implemented David Greene’s team approach.I am interested in connecting with other Tucson investors or possibly Arizona investors in general to leverage knowledge and experiences in the market.

But not realistic to actually implement in real life.

They are not the primary service provider in such programs, and while some may market the solution to as to not lose market share, their implementation is generally weak at best.

., but was grateful for this experience because it allowed me to create a manual since there was none, then I got to travel to Los Angeles, Chicago and White Plains, NY implementing them to these new hubs. 2005 after minimal studying, I decided to wing the real estate exam and passed, but waited till 2008, at the worst of our industry, to finally get into real estate.

While I still have plenty of work to do and likely several more years of investing to achieve my financial and real estate goals, it now seems quite clear to me that barring some catastrophe, I will be able to methodically and incrementally progress towards my financial goals by implementing my plan, and I now feel confident in my approach regardless of whether the market continues to climb, or if prices fall.
