What up BPI’m looking at duplexes in Philly and I’ve heard there is a lot that are illegal.

This in itself could be a very important consideration for an investor.Character : There have been many business owners or real estate operators over the years with experience who have gone belly up or been involved in illegal activities even.

Its a crappy exploitative and annoying business model, not to mention mostly illegal.

PLEASE Read the Laws in each state, Wholesaling is Illegal in Illinois unless you are licensed in that state, and technically it is in Wisconsin as well, Mobiles in WI have there own set of rules regarding resale, much will depend if you are selling it as real estate (assigning a contract for real estate)  or chattel (personal property) Mobile homes are registered with the department of motor vehicles in WI and there are limitations as to how many you can sell same with Real Estate, 5 in 1 year or 10 in 5 years after that you need a license.

Pent-up demand and the return of millions of workers to their jobs in May and early June gave a big jolt of adrenaline to the economy.

I have realtor co-workers whose accountants have them pay estimated twice a year.

Most were built 40 years ago to house students and strip workers/visitors.
