Is this illegal?

The residential property disclosure is required by law for all real estate transactions in Ohio... with a few exceptions (attorneys handling an estate sale is really the only exemption, aside from sheriff sales and foreclosures). 

Transaction costs and taxes are too high to trade RE as inventory. 

This allows them to be paid a commission on real estate transactions. 

I’ve closed on simple deals and really complex transactions and can’t recommend him enough!

The best way I discovered over the years is to export the list of cash transactions closed within the last 12 months in a 1 mile radius around your subject property, skip trace it and cold call.

All the agents are going to say it's illegal because no one likes competition.
