I've been provided the Feasibility Report which includes a 5 year Proforma, Project Construction Cost Breakdown and I've also been provided a Trend Report for the previous 5 years as well.

Most buyers with data are saying they do not like that product in the market.So you should start seeing a trend with sales.

I am in one of the hottest markets in the U.S.

Check if sales last 3 years are trending upward, flat, or declining.

Demographic trends add to this as townhouses may be more attractive to singles and newly married while a SFH may be more attractive to older larger families.What is a more realistic proposition is that condos or townhouses may be hit harder in a down market.
