Im hesitant to go that far.SO I guess I should start at the beginning when I purchased this property back in 2017. 

One thing I learned - I will be slow/hesitant to buy rental property out of state - really, if I can't drive there within a couple hours, probably not interested (generally speaking).  

I would be very hesitant to attempt it (maybe watch the installer do his work and then the next time flip try it yourself), but then again, I have 0 skill in that department.  

There were a few that I wish I did go after but I was hesitant to do it.

I am very hesitant to pursue this deal any further, as it will be our first investment property.

But the real reason i am so hesitant is because this is a really good deal and I dont want my ignorance to make me miss out on an opportunity.I dont want any money left on the table , so can someone tell me the best negotiation method to use?

I will not hesitate to call him when I need a replacement.

Generally though, I agree and the goal would be to not only get on a path to independent retirement free from external dependencies as well as overcoming the hesitation to take the steps necessary independently, without my help or mentorship.
