There is alot of gentrification going on but you can really lose out on an investment if you have someone untrustworthy helping you out.

They help you to gain exposure to larger commercial properties without the day-to-day management.As for flipping properties and multi-family homes, these are great for gaining experience and great returns.

So helping clients sell their notes is a good add on to what I already do.

The Roam site tells you which properties have these loans, what the interest rates are, what the monthly payments are, what your down payment will be, and they supposedly help you through the process.
