Another problem you often run into is people who don't realize when they vacuum upstairs that it makes a lot of noise downstairs, and who end up cleaning up late at night on certain days.

Whomever filled it out will be your first point of contact.Also try leaving a note on the door, someone has to pick up the mail or clean up the front lawn area.But probate will still have to be initiated before you can legally purchase any of the three properties.
