We have to give the tenant a 10 day notice, then store any items left for 30 days, unless the tenant instructs us differently.

I would occasionally see her walking downtown when it's really cold and would offer to give her a ride, usually to the liquor store where she could buy her gut-rot wine.

@Zachary Caudill if you can spring for the PM software, a lot of the software like appfolio have a way for tenants to pay in cash at local stores.
