Some things are handy man fixes and others could be full rehabs.

I was hoping I could have her sign a quitclaim deed to release her title claim, and then I'd just assume full financial responsibility from that point.  

It looks like a larger company without the personal service or communication.I would expect more canned responses, slow responses, slow reactions to get service etc.

I recommend they call a rooter service to have lines snaked.

I just picked up a 2 br. all in 55k full reno, value about 95k, rents will be 1200, GREAT numbers. . about 20% net
