@Shalom ShorePlumbing issues can happen anytime but what we have found, when taking over old properties is that there is most always a backlog of deferred maintenance-- and plumbing and appliances are a frequent offenders (probably due to expense).

Dear BP community - I need some guidance on how to properly issue a lease termination notice for multiple/repeated lease and HOA violations - BUT, the rent is paid and HOA has not imposed any fines YET.
