I ended up living here longer because I got into real estate full time and didn't have the energy to finish fixing up, but moved out a couple months ago and it's almost ready to rent out as 2 units for Airbnb's or mid-term.

This not only adds to the project cost but also a long delay in delivery time.

I put Branson because that is what I am near, but I am interested in lots of areas, mainly Florida.Are rates really so bad right now that a first time STR buyer with 20% Down should not even try? 

@Benjamin Carver hey Benjamin I'm looking to buy as a primary residence but I'm still waiting on getting a job offer First. 

I recommend it for a month a so, you can see qualified tenants better than the free one, and more people viewing your property because your listing is the first one.
