Im curious in BP land - what you have found is your favorite source (or software) to calculate property Comps and why has it earned that title of being your “favorite”?

Everyone is going to have their favorite investing methods.

My favorite was the vacant house with a dog locked in a bedroom and the squatter.

Try searching Google with the name of your favorite home warranty company and the word `complaints' or `fraud'.

@Jason Baik I love Westville, I own and manage a bunch of properties in that town and it is one of my favorite towns for investments in South Jersey.

One of my favorite purchases was a hoarder house that was off-market and another REALTOR brought it to me because she knew I was looking for a small investment, that I could close quickly, and that I could be discreet, which was important to the hoarder family that didn't want people to know how they had been living.

Hoping to find some insight to avoid making a big mistake, my gut is telling me to walk away but out of all the houses I have seen this year this one is by far my favorite hands down.

My only 3br is my least favorite property, and I do not plan to keep it after it's lease is up.
