, I'm really struggling with either aggressively attacking low interest cars, or stockpiling cash for RE (where the hope would be a better return on the saved money than I'd realize on an accelerated payoff of either the 2.6% or 3.5% auto loans).Though I must say, I certainly don't enjoy the car payments, so I might just snowball these debt payoffs.

If everything goes well and its something I enjoy and gain more knowledge in I would like to branch over into MD and VA with some other funds I have available since I am not far from either of those states, but that's a bit down the road since I'm not sure of the laws in either of those states.
