Now the County Board of Health has denied the plan as presented by the septic engineer at their once a month meeting last night.

It takes time and money.8) Go to the city, and talk to these departments, and maybe more:Planning, Zoning, Building Dept, Fire Dept, Engineering Dept. 

In the meantime, you need to talk to zoning, planning, building depts, and maybe engineering, tax assessor, tax collector, etc. 

I worked as a software engineer, so life to me is like debugging codes.

Or am I just an anal engineer?
