We simpy just dont add it to our profiles as there is no place that makes much sense to do so.I dont know any brokerage in my area that does not require being a member of our local board, so in order to do business here it is a must.On top of my dues, I also donate money to my Realtor board, and Im actively engaged with it.

The trustee will normally actually engage an agent that the debtor and the creditor agree with (Or don't disagree with) and, only upon a hearing where the trustee is proposing to sell potentially non exempt assets, which according to your post, does not appear to be the case because the value isn't there above the debt.

You will have difficulty getting the entire house rented prior to May (summer session), but may be able to rent a room or two (though that sometimes makes it more difficult to rent the house, unless you can move those couple of tenants to another location).
