@Kathleen McCabe  The NAR Code of Ethics states that if another Realtor (member of NAR) asks if we have other offers, we must answer that question, but not reveal the amount or terms.When representing a seller, I've found it to be beneficial as it encourages other buyers to sharpen their pencils - although I've had some cases where the existence of competing offers causes a buyer to back away.My goal is to get at least two offers, regardless of how bad they are. 

@Dylan Osmon I encourage you to go with what makes you comfortable but how often do you think any property manager is actually going to be putting eyes on your property? 

A good friend of mine had some free tickets to a Robert Kiyosaki seminar and encouraged me to come.

As you start your investment journey, I encourage you to look to total return to calculate ROI (cash flow, appreciation, mortgage retirement) rather than simply how much monthly cash you can generate in your first month of ownership and to calculate return over a reasonable investment time horizon. 

I understand you and encourage you to step out of that comfort zone and join the convo.
