Typically you will want to work with a direct to FNMA lender that doesn't have any overlays, but smaller community banks or credit unions that service their own loans could work as well. 

The issue isn't the size or existence of the sign.It's the lack of directional arrow pointing down the road.

More recently, I moved my 401K from my company into a self-directed fund and have been investing in syndicated investments on CrowdStreet.

If I asked for a high referral rate of lets say 35% or more, would this be more profitable that going through the other option of getting my licenses, taking the exam, mailing paperwork, and everything else included just to obtain that license?

Then either the buyer or seller pays you to release your option so they can go to contract directly.

Since I am directly involved in both sides of the business (Realtor and GC) my personal experience is the contracting side is more difficult and stressful.
