In my state, you can have MLS access without a license, you have to be an assistant to a licensed broker and are not allowed to negotiate or discuss the details of any properties or contracts with potential clients.

@Prashan Shanthakumar You could buy a big house with many bedrooms (all one level) and turn it into residential assisted living.

I’m willing to keep the tenant if the rent came up to market rents but he insinuated they wouldn’t pay more so I’m willing to get the tenants removed.Thank you for your assistance.
