They advertise all over BP.  

I got a call from an angry mortgage broker telling me she intends to turn me in for advertising private loans.

Since your unit is an apartment building you might consider advertising in an apartment book.  

It is absolutely possible to make money in real estate without using your credit and there are no and low money strategies that you can use to get started but with that being said you will not have consistent leads/deals/cash flow without paying for advertising/signs etc but it will only take you getting that first deal to fund your marketing efforts and your off to the races.

If I find something in their background, i will return the money to them and move on.if they call me up and say they've found a new place 2 weeks later, they forfeit the $200.00 and it's mine to use to re-advertise the space ect.
