Have you completed deals with Charter Financial?

That ol' chestnut of "boarder income" can be an annoying hurdle to deal with conventional finaincing.

Often times you're selling a good deal but can't find a replacement that is as good as the property you're relinquishing. 

Ask the manager to explain their process for dealing with maintenance, late rent, evictions, turnover, etc.

Of course, deal terms can vary.

Additionally, if anyone is aware of better channels to looks for deals and prices rather than the typical Zillow, Realtor, etc. it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I haven't done any deals yet here in OK, as I've just recently decided to add wholesaling to my business.

I know we deal alot in the non QM space, and that's part of the issue, but overall vendors are having trouble performing in the timelines for some deals.
