SaldanaI think you have heard and understood what they are saying regarding $100/door.Your thoughts on the issue with this I believe are spot on and why I don't like SF, one big unforeseen issue can wreck your year.

does not have parking space included. during the first year, I would be +$50 to $100 a month but after july 2020, it would be +$200 a month because an assessment would have been completed on the building. the lack of a parking spot concerns me and the risk of a longer vacancy. i have funds for at least 3 months of a vacancy to pay of the mortgage and fees. its in a great area in downtown and 2 steps away from a major bus stop that goes into NYC.any one had a similar situation before?

I think at this point the most crucial thing for me is to make sure that my analyzation is spot on so immediately after graduation I can house hack in whatever market I move to.

Indy has it’s hot spots and upon analysis we drew a lot of similarities between Indy and KC.... so what do I need to know about selling properties in KC?
