Depending where you consider central jersey to start, But some towns I have been through that fit that middle range are Maple Shade, Delran, Mt Laurel, Mount Holly, Riverside, Wilingboro.

Based on my prefatory understanding, I think that remote buy and hold best fits my interests.

I looked into student housing near the University of South Alabama, but it didn't fit into my formula.

Unfortunately many of those can't fit through a doorway so can only be installed during major renovations.

It's up to you to sell the employer that you are the right fit and can learn the job.  

I can see how the old vinyl could act as a vapor barrier but I was under the impression we won't get a good fit if we lay the new wood floor over the old vinyl.
