LOL. some of the tools i have seen my clients use are charitable remainder trusts those seem to work pretty good.and then i think an irrevocable trust is pretty strong..

I never take buyers that show around because I can’t compete with lying ... most of my business comes from realtors, sometimes a client will say what amazing rate they received from a retail bank and I say great, go there.
